Having a tea/coffee maker in the apartment was a nice touch.

Personally, I found the microwave to be a bit small for our needs. Others may not mind.

There wasn't a bidet in the apartment and the kitchen window couldn't be closed, leaving no privacy. the ground floor location allowed people to park right outside the window, with only a small curtain for cover.
